Premium Electric Fires

Free Delivery - Our free delivery guarantees delivery within four weeks via our white glove service. This service means your fireplace will be hand-delivered to your home by one of our approved delivery teams. If you would like to check when our delivery teams are next in your area, please get in touch with our customer service team. We strongly recommend this service for a smooth, professional delivery experience.
 

Express Delivery (£60 - order before 12pm) - Our express delivery guarantees delivery within seven days. This delivery service will be carried out by one of our approved delivery teams (white glove) or via pallet delivery by one of the national haulage companies (kerbside delivery). Feel free to contact our customer service team for a more accurate delivery time & delivery service for your location.
 

Next Working Day Delivery (£99 - order before 12pm) - Our next day service will be delivered on a pallet by one of our approved national haulage companies. This service is kerbside delivery meaning the delivery driver will deliver to the outside of your property. In this case, you may need assistance to carry your new fire into your property. Where possible, we always encourage customers to choose our “FREE within four weeks” delivery service to maximise their delivery experience.

Free White Glove Delivery - Our free delivery guarantees delivery within four working weeks via our white glove service. This service means your fireplace will be hand-delivered to your home by one of our approved delivery teams. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service team if you want to check when our delivery teams are next in your area. We strongly recommend this service for a smooth, professional delivery experience.

Refund And Exchange

Refund & Exchange

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange the goods, we offer all of our customers a 14-day period to return. The 14 days start from the date the order is received. To cancel the order, we need to be notified by email. 
 

Any damages must be reported to us via email within seven days of delivery – if reported after this time, we cannot resolve the issue with the courier.
 

There are two options available if a return is required.
 

Option 1: The buyer returns the goods to our depot in person. The goods will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse; this inspection is carried out in the customer's presence. A full refund is issued within 14 days if the goods are packaged in the standard in which they were delivered & the goods are in a resalable condition.
 

Option 2: If you would like us to collect the fire, we will charge 40% of the value of the goods to organise a collection service. It is also a requirement that the buyer sends four images via email of the goods;
 

  1. The goods in the original packaging

  2. The contents of the box outside of the packaging

  3. The goods are enclosed in the packaging and sealed.

  4. Contents of the box laid out.
     

*Please note – for any parts of the unit that are missing or damaged upon return, the value of these will be deducted from your refund*
 

It is the buyer's responsibility to repackage the goods to the standard at which they were delivered and for the buyer to arrange a safe return of the product to our premises. We ask that online customers are aware of this before purchasing. If there is any doubt before processing an order, please contact us, and one of the team will be happy to advise. We also advise that all of our customers check measurements before purchasing.
 

It is the buyer's responsibility to check the status of the goods upon delivery. If a refund is required, it will be processed within 14 days. This is subject to the product being repackaged by the buyer and in a resalable condition.
 

If you purchase a product and we get a flash sale from our supplier, if you want the sale price, the product would have to go back into the warehouse and be re-ordered.
 

To return a product, please email us at info@fireplace-centre.com with your invoice number and reason for return, and your refund will follow if the criteria are met.

Please note: items marked as a clearance product come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Any items purchased before 1st June 2022 include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
